Our Sawmill is located in Mid Michigan. We have a fully hydraulic assisted Woodmizer LT40 that can cut 20 foot lengths x 36 inch diameter logs or beams. We use the sawmill for cutting the windfall trees and barn beams for repurposing as either tables, bar tops, or whatever else large slab wood is required.
Most of our cutting is done leaving the bark on for the live edge look. We cut very little dimensional lumber as there are many other sources of this kind of wood.
